What’s in it for me?
Creating a useful reporting board is now much quicker.
Previously, if you wanted to see how a queue, device or user was performing, you had to add several individual chart widgets and configure each one with the same domain, items and time period.
Vibes templates now do the work for you. Choose what you want to report on, select the relevant groups, devices or users and set the time period. Vibes then adds a ready-made set of useful charts to your board in one step.
There are currently three templates to choose from:
- Queue overview - five charts covering calls in, abandoned calls, answered calls, average answered wait time and longest answered wait time.
- Device activity - two charts showing calls answered and calls made.
- User activity - two charts showing calls answered and calls made.
Every chart is created already configured for the domain, items and time period you selected, so your board is ready to use straight away.
You can still move, reconfigure or remove individual charts afterwards, just as you would with any other Vibes widget.
How do I get it?
Vibes templates are available now to all babblevoice surgeries - there's no setup required.
- Open Vibes from your babblevoice Console and select the board you want to add reports to, or create a new board.
- Click "Add a template to this board" in the board toolbar (the layered-squares icon).
- Choose Queue overview, Device activity or User activity.
- Select the Domain you want to report on.
- Choose the groups, devices or users you want to include. You can select more than one and use the Clear button to start the selection again.
- Choose the Period you want the charts to cover, from one hour up to one year, or all time.
- Click Add to add the charts and keep the window open, or Add & Close to add them and return to your board.
Your new charts will appear on the board straight away, ready to use.
